Join us for a hands-on workshop designed specifically for high school teachers to explore the Freshman and Sophomore level engineering curricula available for free in Kentucky. This training is part of the Kentucky Department of Education's Office of Career and Technical Education's initiative, in partnership with AdvanceKentucky, to enhance STEM education.

What You'll Learn:

  • Curriculum Access: Gain access to the Freshman and Sophomore level engineering curricula, aligned with Kentucky Engineering Technology Education state standards.
  • Hands-On Practice: Engage in intensive lesson modeling and hands-on activities to effectively teach engineering concepts.
  • Google Classroom Integration: Learn how to utilize and access the Google Classrooms to deliver the Engineering by Design (EbD) curriculum modules.
  • Expert Guidance: Receive training from experienced Kentucky-based teachers who will guide you through the curriculum and teaching strategies.
