NAEP TEL Stakeholder Meeting Today - August 3 at 4pm ET

The National Assessment Governing Board (NAGB) is deliberating tomorrow on the future of the National Assessment of Educational Progress Technology and Engineering Literacy (NAEP TEL) assessment. The NAGB staff, which develops assessment frameworks, and the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) staff, which develops test items and administers the Nation’s Report Card assessments, is recommending the discontinuation of NAEP TEL, in addition to arts, economics, foreign language, and geography.
